Kinga radiator tanks:
1.Raw material: the main mater of the tanks is PA 66+GF30
most the tanks in the marekt are ony with 20%~25% glass fibre.
However, Kinga radiator tanks are with 30% glass bibre which can improve the strength and rigidity, and thermal deformation temperature is increased.
2. When the tanks come out, were put into the water for 24 hous in summer season, 72 hours in winter season to get strong toughness.
3. Test of the tanks
* In force at 250kg and hight temperature cycle and low temperature -40°C and hight temperature 130°C in ten trials, no break, no crack damage, no leakage.
* Heat & cold resistance(135±1°C and then down to 23±2°C, keep testing for 48 hours.
